Job title: Sales Business Development
Duration: 6 months, starting as soon as possible

Description:

At the crossroads of finance and IT, located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement at Le Village by CA, the Crédit Agricole incubator, PE Cube develops and markets a complete SaaS solution dedicated to Private Equity fund managers. It operates in 3 main areas: Back Office, Middle Office and Portfolio Management.

For over 2 years, the PE Cube team has been building a rocket that will take off in 2023! In this context, we are looking for an intern to accelerate our marketing functions.

 

MAIN MISSIONS

Under the direct supervision of PE Cube’s founder, Antoine Sage, the marketing and communication intern will work with all team members, understanding and contributing to the company’s overall activity. Specialised in his/her field, the intern will quickly become independent on marketing and communication subjects. 

 

Brand development and marketing strategy implementation 

  • Identify and implement the brand development strategy
  • Find the style, rhythm and vocabulary for the communication needed for fundraising and sales campaigns
  • Manage visual sales aids with the sales department
  • Manage marketing campaigns
  • Optimise communication on the brand and the commercialised offer
  • Participate in the organisation of events that are meeting points for the private equity community
  • Ensure consistency of the brand and its strategies

 

Marketing follow-up and brand visibility

  • Build and update marketing activity tracking charts
  • Optimise brand visibility on the internet (SEO) and on social networks (LinkedIn)
  • Design Social Media Planning
  • Measure the profitability and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure the coherence of actions with the company’s strategic orientations
  • Create and publish value-added content on the blog and social networks of PE Cube
  • Design, record and develop the “Private EquiTEA” brand podcast 
  • Monitor traffic results

 

Competitor Landscaping and analysis 

  • Ensure a competitive and regulatory watch
  • Benchmark the competition/specialised press to see how other companies are marketing their services

 

PROFILE

Diploma 

Studying at Bac + 4/5 program:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing/ Communication/ PR 
  • Business school

 

Experience

A first experience in the field is a plus.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Technical skills

  • Command of marketing development methods
  • Good knowledge of writing techniques for online publications
  • French/English (Written, Read, Spoken)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Techniques for launching and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Good knowledge of private equity/finance would be a plus

MAIN MISSIONS

Under the direct supervision of the sales manager, the business development intern will work with all team members, understand and contribute to the company’s overall activity. Specialized in his/her field, he/she is expected to become independent very quickly.

 

Client Follow-up and commercial development

  • Participate in the canvassing of new customers nationally and internationally.
  • Presenting prospects the products and services offered as well as the company’s assets in its market.
  • Listen, analyse and reformulate the needs of prospects/customers in the context of a commercial proposal.
  • Write commercial offers.
  • Maintain contact with key customers and present them with regular updates on the service offering.

 

Management and operational follow-up

  • Participate in the competitive landscaping and in the realisation of projects, ensuring a link between the internal team and the customers.
  • Accompany and inform the customer until the end of the project to ensure his satisfaction.
  • Propose a strategy to be implemented in order to acquire new customers.

 

Reporting Activity 

Carry out a quantitative and qualitative follow-up of prospecting actions (via a CRM):

  • Type of contact
  • Profile of the interlocutor
  • Nature of the exchanges
  • Business Opportunity 

 

ADDITIONAL MISSIONS

Increase the visibility of the company and promote its image in collaboration with the communication team: 

  • Organisation of events
